I was inspired to fold this pixel art, after seeing this same design folded by Margaret Tsui. The overall design measures approximately 30cm (12") square, and is comprised of 576 individual pixel units, folded from 3:4 rectangles, each measuring 3.75cm (1.5") x 5cm (2").
The following number of each colour were used:
- 194 x Sky Blue
- 137 x Green
- 119 x Brown
- 44 x Red
- 39 x Beige
- 34 x Blue
- 7 x Black
- 2 x Yellow

I learnt how to fold this star during one of Evan's classes at the Origami Deutschland 2026 Convention in Bonn. This model is folded from 8 squares of silver/gold duo kraft paper, each measuring 9cm (3.5"). The completed star measures approximately 12.7cm (5") at its widest point. I like the silver/gold paper, but it highlights inaccuracies in my folding, so maybe it's best folded from non-metallic colours?

Here’s my latest modular flower design! 🌺
Designed and folded May 2026 from six 3” (7.5cm) squares of back-coated mulberry paper. This model was a result of doodling during CFC6. It can be folded from 5 or 6 units and the units are extremely simple to fold. Assembly is tricky and requires small clothespins, but it is very sturdy on its own once all units are assembled.
I’ll post more variations of this flower soon. I can’t decide which I like the best. Naming suggestions are welcome as well. Let me know what you think! 😊

This is one of my favourite models in Maria's Zen Origami book. It's folded from thirty 2:3 rectangles, of patterned paper, each measuring 2" x 3" (50.8mm x 76.2mm). The overall model measures approximately 12cm (4.75"), at its widest point.
. It seemed a shame not to share it, especially as I was able to fold 10 stages.
It's folded from 80 squares of green kami. Paper for the largest stage measures 150mm, and paper for the tenth stage measures just 13.52mm! The overall model measures 300mm between points.](https://cdn.ezorigami.com/storage/v1/object/public/folds/e927a0c4-ae9e-4257-8bfa-5cfe6d9fc6dd/1779917947217.webp)

This model was a test fold, before I folded Infinity in a nicer paper. It seemed a shame not to share it, especially as I was able to fold 10 stages.

This model, is folded from 30 golden rectangles of kraft paper, each measuring 44.8mm x 72.5mm. The completed model measures approximately 11cm at its widest point. This photo shows the models five-fold symmetry, with an even colour distribution. The unit is almost identical to that of the Rhombic Hexecontahedron, except both flaps are valley folds when viewed from the outside.

This model has been in progress for over half a year... I paused when I'd completed five stages, then completed the smallest three stages when I attended Origami Deutschland's 36th Convention, in Bonn.
It's folded from 64 squares of silver/black duo kraft paper. The colours Evan picked seemed to work well, so I went with the same! Paper for the largest stage measures 100mm, and paper for the eighth stage measures just 15.38mm! The overall model measures 200mm between points.

This model, is folded from 60 golden rectangles of kraft paper, each measuring 44.8mm x 72.5mm. The completed model measures approximately 11cm at its widest point. This photo shows the models three-fold symmetry, with an even colour distribution. The design was inspired by Nick Robinson's A4 Rhombic Unit.

Designed and folded March 2026 from 18 square sheets of 3 inch (7.5 cm) kraft paper. This design evolved as a variation of my Roxy’s Star, which I taught at OrigamiUSA's recent Origami Connect session. The units are actually simpler to fold and have strong locks. Diagrams are currently in the works, so let me know if you are interested in test folding!
